What it does
- Sends core PII + selected custom fields from OtterSign into Trident1
- Associates waiver/document record ID, date, and mapped document type (membership vs. range time) with the customer profile
- Allows mapping specific OtterSign documents to specific Trident1 workflows
- Optionally updates existing Trident1 profiles on match (phone/email) to eliminate duplicates

Data Flow
When a waiver, membership form, or range form is completed (or captured during check-in), OtterSign pushes the mapped fields into Trident1.
The data enters a queue where staff can:
- Match it to an existing customer, or
- Create a new profile on the spot
