How do guests opt in to SMS?
Opt-in happens at the moment of waiver signing. Two checkboxes — one for SMS, one for email — are included on your signing form. OtterSign hosts a pre-generated privacy policy at a URL specific to your business, so you’re covered from day one.
Can I send SMS for PDF agreements, not just waivers?
Yes. SMS automations work across both bulk waiver products and Direct PDF agreements. You can scope an automation to all documents or choose a specific one.
What triggers are available?
